Right after the second COVID-19 lockdown, 6amTech started its journey on-site for the first time on the 4th of December, 2021. Moving away from the “remote office” tag, the company built a new home with a physical existence. It was their first step into becoming a “buzzword” in the eCommerce industry worldwide.
Today marks the two year office anniversary of 6amTech, which was observed with fun events and creating bonds. To make this day memorable, the company arranged a “No Work Day” with multiple activities.

Combined Fun Gathering
Every day at 9 am sharp, each team participates in a scrum meeting and discuss their task plan for the day. But on the Office Anniversary day, it was special as all the teams came together for a combined fun gathering.
During the gathering, the event management team discussed today’s event plan and arranged breakfast after the meeting.
Celebration Starts
The celebration started after the combined Fun Gathering. 6amTech’s CEO- Sunny Sultan, and CTO- Nipon Roy, declared the event’s commencement by sharing the day’s sweetness with a cake.
Sunny Sultan, CEO of 6amTech, shared his thoughts with the team, “Our journey is not long but we’ve come a long way within this short time. Today, let’s celebrate our achievements and success as one.
I hope everyone will enjoy this day and every other day forwards. 6amTech believes in serving its employees with the best so they can serve the company at their best.”
On the other hand, 6amTech’s CTO Nipon Roy, expressed his sentiments with all. He said, “Success is not just about making money. It’s about making a difference. It is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
6amTech wouldn’t be where it is now without your effort. Today, we’re not only celebrating the office anniversary, we’re celebrating all of you. Let’s make this day memorable together!”
Mini Indoor Games
After the event opening ceremony the organizing team arranged three fun games for all. 9 teams participated in those games that were fun and full of enthusiasm.
- Balloon Dumping
- Bottle Flip Fight
- Bucket Pong Challenge
In the balloon dumping game, team 6Valley won the match and the business team became the runner-up.
In the Bottle Flip Fight game, team SQA snatched the victory, and team 6Valley marginally became the runner-up. Tough game indeed!
Every team performed exceptionally well in the final game, the Bucket Pong Challenge. However, this time, the Marketing Team won and the Business Team became the runner-up.
Buffet Lunch
After the indoor game session, the lunch hour started. The 6amTech’s event management team arranged an indoor buffet lunch. Delightful starters, main courses, and desserts were available for all to enjoy a happy meal.
Music Session
After lunch, it was time to chillax (chill & relax), so everybody sat together in the 6amTech recreation zone for a dreamy musical session. Everybody sang their heart out and shared their common interests in music. It was a great session for team bonding.
Tech Debate
Then, the main show of the day took place. The debate battle between Frontend and backend developers. That show was pure enjoyment to watch!
Every question had a counter-question. Each team performed really well on the respective topic. It was fun and entertaining, and most importantly, it clarified the real scenario and collaboration of the frontend and backend developers.
Prize-Giving Ceremony
The event ended with the prize-giving ceremony for all the participants and runners-up of the indoor games and debate session.
At the end of the debate, CTO Nipon Roy handed over the prizes to the debate participants (both frontend and backend).
Then, the Project Manager of 6amTech, Md. Al Imrun Khandakar handed the prizes to the winning and runner-up teams for the indoor games.
Overall, today, the employees of 6amTech had a lot of fun and made so many timeless experiences that everyone will cherish for a lifetime.
