As a Business Development Intern, you will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth for 6amTech. You will provide support and issue resolution to our clients and must ensure excellent customer assistance across all our communication channels for international clients.
Communication: Process client requests and solve issues via support tickets, phone calls, and emails by navigating multiple programs while paying attention to accuracy and detail.
Distribution: Forward the client’s issues to the appropriate department when needed via the in-house support system and Slack.
Follow-up: Update clients on their request status accordingly and follow up with the assigned department for the issue.
Documentation: Verify and summarize documents provided by clients within a specific project basis.
Assemble: Prepare and interpret reports and documentation as required in the role with acceptable detail and accuracy.
Get Involved: Understand the Company’s business functions & roles by attending company seminars and meeting the required assessment target.
Others: Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the team lead.
Strong proficiency in the English language for client communication.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Customer service with a business orientation.
Bachelor in CSE or Business Administration.
Self-motivated and highly reliable.
This is a 4-month internship position. The Business Development Intern will be compensated with a competitive salary. After the successful internship period, if the candidate meets the company's benchmark, he/she will be a permanent employee of 6amTech.
