Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Flutter to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our Flutter-based applications perform optimally. You will collaborate with our development team to resolve complex issues and improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Flutter applications, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Flutter code to identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
  • Assist users with Flutter tools and best practices to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter updates and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Flutter framework and its ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language.
  • Familiarity with Flutter tools, including Flutter SDK, Dart DevTools, and relevant libraries.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
