Job Description

As a Senior HR Executive at 6amTech, you will oversee HR operations, manage recruitment, conduct interviews, handle employee relations, facilitate onboarding, and support performance appraisals. You will also ensure compliance with labor laws, administer benefits, coordinate training programs, and maintain HR reports for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in HR in a software company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
