Job Description

6amTech is looking for a Human Resource Executive with proven experience in the software industry. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance coordination, and people & culture initiatives. The role demands professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and the ability to support both employees and management with HR-related tasks.

Requirements

  • 𝟭–𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 — 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee management
