Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Officer (Mid Level), you will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth for 6amTech. You will provide support and issue resolution to our clients and must ensure excellent customer assistance across all our communication channels for international clients.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a Business Development/Client Service-related role in the Software industry.
Strong proficiency in the English language for client communication.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Customer service with a business orientation.
Bachelor in CSE or Business Administration.
Self-motivated and highly reliable.
