On December 19th, 2024, the 6amTech team went on an exciting two-day retreat at the Basecamp. The retreat was filled with fun activities, strong competition, and great memories. Amidst the embrace of nature and far from the buzz of city life, Basecamp became the perfect sanctuary for the 6amTech’s team-building retreat.
From dawn, excitement filled the air. The 6amTech team dived into a fun day of badminton, human foosball, cricket, football, and archery. Adrenaline surged as they took on kayaking, zip-lining, treetop challenges, and engaging in on-ground activities. The thrilling team-building games tested coordination, trust, and teamwork, strengthening their bond like never before.
To keep the spirit of competition alive, the best performers across different activities were recognized and rewarded. This helped boost enthusiasm and encouraged the team to compete.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the magic of the night unfolded. A roaring campfire became the heart of their evening as they sang, danced, and shared heartfelt stories. The aroma of sizzling BBQ filled the air, and every bite of the delicious feast left everyone craving more.
On the second day, the much-anticipated raffle draw added to the excitement. The CEO and CTO delivered inspiring speeches, motivating the team and highlighting their achievements. A group photoshoot captured the memories, while prizes for the raffle draw were awarded to lucky winners. To top it all off, each member received a crest in recognition of their valuable contributions.
The team found inspiration as the CEO Sunny Sultan spoke about team coordination, bonding, and collaboration. The CTO Nipon Roy also expressed his delight in being part of the retreat.
