Installation Guide

Head to the NotifyWise page on WordPress.org to download the plugin, then follow this installation guide.

  • From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
  • Click Upload Plugin and select the plugin ZIP file.
  • Click Install Now, then Activate the plugin.
  • Go to NotifyWise in your dashboard to access the settings.

Configurations

1. Set the Notify Button to your own preference from NotifyWise > Notify Button.

2. Set Mailer from NotifyWise > Mail Configuration > Mailer Integration.

3. Set the mail Subject and Body content from NotifyWise > Mail Configuration > Custom Content.

4. Setup reCaptcha credentials to secure the subscription form from NotifyWise > Recaptcha Settings.

5. Set Brevo credentials to collect subscription contact to a list from NotifyWise > Email Marketing Platform.

Usage

1. When a product is out of stock, the “Notify Me” button appears.

2. Customers enter their details and subscribe.

3. Once the product is restocked, an email is sent automatically.

4. Admins can manage and view subscriptions from NotifyWise > Subscriber List.

Troubleshooting

Emails Not Sending?

  • Check if your selected email service (SMTP, Brevo, or SendGrid) is correctly configured.
  • Ensure that the WordPress mail function is working by sending a test email.

Button Not Showing?

  • Verify that the subscription option is enabled for the product.
  • Ensure the theme supports WooCommerce hooks for buttons.
